Today I am feeling a tad under the weather health wise, but this sudden alone time is allowing me to focus on my meditation and work on myself. Alone time is not my favorite thing in the world, but I am learning how vital solitude is to your overall mental health.

As long as I can set the chill vibes in my own space during my solitude I am content with myself. Setting the vibes during alone time is key because it distracts the restless mind from moving toward negative thoughts. Having a clear mind while you’re alone is so important because it allows your third eye to open and channel all the good vibes directly from the Universe to your mental headspace.

Reclaim your alone time for the sake of your mental health!
