That bird had it right
When the saying goes, “The early bird gets the worm”, it really is factual and can be applied to your life. I am slowly learning the importance of getting up early. Getting the day started early, like anywhere between 5:30am and 7:00am, helps you set the tone for the entirety of the day and fully slay it too. I feel as if I am able to chart my course for the rest of the day when I wake up early enough to do so. I like sleeping in just as much as the next gay, but waking up later takes away time for you to set your day up the way you want it to go.
I am not here to shame others that like sleeping in. I am writing this to educate and inform y’all that early rising is the TEA! Ever since I made it a thing to get up early my life has not been the same. It has changed in good ways of course, and these changes have affected me positively. Being an early riser means you can catch up on work from the previous day before starting the new day, you can start your self-care right when you wake up, you can even continue to sleep if you want to LOL. Early risers seize the new day and make it their own. I am not saying that waking up later means a bad day, I am simply saying that waking up earlier could be a game-changer for some. It sure changed my game LOL!
Keep going and WAKE UP y’all!!!!
